Refund policy

At Mahara Rituals we want you to love your order. If for any reason you're not satisfied, here's how we'll make it right.

14-day right of withdrawal. Under Belgian and EU consumer law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return — no questions asked.

What can be returned. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with seals intact. For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, send us a photo at info@mahararituals.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll take care of it — replacement or full refund, shipping included.

How to start a return. Email info@mahararituals.com with your order number, and we'll send you the return address and next steps. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Refund timeline. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 14 days.

Non-returnable items. Gift cards, sample sizes, and items marked final sale.
