We ship our rituals with care, straight from Belgium to your door.

Where we ship.

We currently deliver across Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, and Germany. For other EU destinations, get in touch at info@mahararituals.com — we'll see what we can do.

Processing time.

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times.

Belgium: 2–3 business days
Netherlands & Luxembourg: 3–5 business days
France & Germany: 5–8 business days

Please note these are estimates — carrier delays can occasionally happen, especially during peak seasons.

Shipping costs.

Belgium: €4.90 or €3.90 at pick-up point (free over €65)
Netherlands & Luxembourg: €7.90 or €6.90 at pick-up point (free over €120)
France & Germany: €8.90 (free over €120)

Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Lost or damaged parcels. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@mahararituals.com. We'll work with you to make it right.

Incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
