All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. During launch periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Belgium and selected European countries. We are continuously expanding and hope to offer shipping to more destinations soon. If your country is not available at checkout, please feel free to contact us.

Belgium: 1–3 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delays

Mahara Rituals is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect shipping information, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
We always do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been processed. Orders returned due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
